Accessibility
We provide disabled access for patients and visitors, we occupy the ground floor featuring wide doors, disabled parking bays, lower reception desk, disabled toilet plus a hearing loop facility.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
Please note, Surgery doors will be fully open between 9am and 1pm, and 2pm and 6pm.
Outside of these times, only patients with booked appointments will be able to enter.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access & Out of Hours
Extended Hours Service
We now offer our patients appointments to see a GP or Nurse in the evenings or at the weekends.
Patients can request a routine appointment and choose to be seen in our Extended Access Hub in Red Roofs Surgery, Nuneaton, CV11 5TW. The Extended Access Service is operated by Coventry & Rugby GP Alliance and contains a mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments. If attending a face-to-face appointment, please ensure you use the Surgery Car Park, off Riversley Road.
Appointments are available Monday-Friday between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Out of Hours
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed, please call NHS 111, this is the non-emergency NHS number which is fast, free and easy. 111 are highly trained advisers, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and direct you to the best medical care for you. NHS11 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In case of a life threatening emergency, please dial 999.

Whatever the day or time, if you or someone else experiences severe chest pain, loss of blood, burns or suspected broken bones, go to your nearest A&E department or call 999.
